As an Arcade Operations Technician (formerly known as Gaming Support Techs or Midway Techs), you will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth operation of our arcade and facility. Your responsibilities will encompass the repair and upkeep of our wide array of games, simulators, and other technical equipment. Furthermore, you will play a key role in assisting our valued Guests, ensuring optimal playing conditions are consistently maintained throughout the midway.

Contribute to delivering an exceptional Guest experience by ensuring our food, beverages, and games are perfectly combined within an atmosphere that celebrates fun.
Proactively keep your immediate supervisor informed of any issues or significant unusual occurrences, taking swift corrective action when necessary or suggesting alternative solutions.
Provide efficient and accurate service while effectively managing wait times and communicating necessary information to Guests, fellow Team Members, and Managers.
Welcome Guests with a warm and enthusiastic attitude while performing various job duties. Greet every Guest with a smile upon their arrival in the Midway.
Support Guests by promptly addressing amusement equipment malfunctions and performing necessary repairs and maintenance.
Load and replenish tickets in redemption games, paying close attention to the security of all ticket storage locations.
Address Guest inquiries and requests effectively, offering assistance and recommendations as needed.
Offer a friendly farewell to departing Guests, ensuring their satisfaction and inviting them to return.
Immediately notify the Manager of any Guest who appears to be dissatisfied.
Maintain responsibility for stocking, arranging, and securing merchandise within all storage areas.
Participate in merchandise inventory counts during and after shifts, if applicable.
Monitor and replenish necessary supplies, ensuring all areas meet established standards. Discuss any problem areas with the Manager.
Regularly inspect the cleanliness and organization of the Midway games, ensuring all games are clean and free of obstructions.
Strategically position and set up displays to enhance Guest engagement and drive sales.
Assist in the daily upkeep and organization of the tech room and storage areas.
Perform daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly game maintenance tasks efficiently and safely, as directed by management.
Provide support with general store maintenance tasks as instructed by management.
Offer assistance to other Team Members as required.
Maintain positive working relationships with all company Team Members to foster a collaborative and harmonious work environment that maximizes team morale, productivity, and efficiency.
Maintain a friendly demeanor and smile frequently while working various shifts, including days, nights, and/or weekends as needed.
Technical and/or electrical skills are a plus, but not mandatory.
Demonstrate the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with both Guests and other Team Members.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
