As a crucial member of our culinary team, the Back of House Cook is essential in preparing high-quality food that delights our guests. You'll play a vital role in ensuring our kitchen operates smoothly and efficiently, contributing directly to the overall guest experience.

What You'll Do:

• Prepare menu items accurately and efficiently according to Dave & Buster's recipes and standards, ensuring consistent quality.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in the kitchen, adhering to all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Inform your immediate supervisor of any issues, shortages, or equipment malfunctions, and propose potential solutions.
• Operate and maintain kitchen equipment safely and effectively.
• Assist with inventory management, including proper storage and rotation of food items.
• Ensure timely and accurate preparation of food for all orders.
• Collaborate effectively with other kitchen staff and front-of-house team members to ensure smooth service.
• Follow all established procedures for food handling, preparation, and storage.
• Assist with receiving and stocking deliveries as needed.
• Contribute to a positive and cooperative working atmosphere within the kitchen and throughout Dave & Buster's.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
