Qualifications

• Minimum of 3-5 years of prior retail management experience, with a strong preference for optical industry background.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team.
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in business or a related field preferred.
• Ability to obtain and maintain Optician License requirements per state guidelines, as needed.

• Ensure accurate patient measurements for eyewear and foster continuous training and development to maintain comprehensive product and optical knowledge, guaranteeing eyewear is "Right the First Time."
• Effectively troubleshoot complex eyewear issues and resolve customer concerns with professionalism and efficiency.
• Manage all day-to-day operational activities, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and financial reporting, to achieve the store's financial and customer satisfaction objectives.
